What am I purchasing?
You are purchasing a digital product, not a physical item.
Depending on the listing, your purchase may include access to an editable Canva template for invitations, announcements, save-the-dates, or other digital designs.

Will anything be shipped to me?
No. No physical product will be shipped when you purchase an item identified as a Digital Download.
Your purchase is delivered electronically according to the instructions provided with your order.
How do I receive my digital purchase?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive access to the digital product or instructions needed to access your editable template.
Please make sure the email address entered during checkout is correct, as important order information may be sent there.

What is Canva?
Canva is an online design platform that allows you to personalize your template directly from your computer, tablet, or compatible mobile device.
You'll use Canva to make the permitted changes to your purchased template.
Do I need Canva Pro?
Unless the individual product listing specifically says otherwise, our editable templates are designed to work with a free Canva account.
You may need to create a free Canva account or sign in to an existing account before editing your template.
What can I edit?
Editable elements vary by design.
Depending on the template, you may be able to personalize:

Can I change the artwork or design?
Not necessarily.
Some elements of our templates may be intentionally fixed to preserve the original design. Purchasing an editable template does not mean that every graphic, illustration, font, color, or design element can be changed.

Can I add my own photo or sonogram?
If the template is designed to include a personal image, yes.
For example, eligible pregnancy announcement designs may allow you to replace the sample image with your own sonogram or photograph.

How do I download my finished design?
Once you've finished editing your template in Canva, you can use Canva's available download options to save your finished design.
The appropriate format will depend on how you plan to use it—for example, sharing digitally or printing.
Can I print my template?
Yes, if the design is suitable for printing.
After personalizing your template, you can download your finished design and use a printing service of your choice.
Please note that printing services, paper, envelopes, frames, and other physical materials are not included with your digital purchase unless specifically stated in the listing.
Can I share my finished design digitally?
Yes. Your personalized finished design can be used for its intended personal purpose, such as sending a digital invitation or sharing an announcement with friends and family.
Will the colors look exactly the same when printed?
Colors can vary slightly between what you see on your screen and the finished printed product.
Screen settings, printers, paper types, inks, and professional printing services can all affect how colors appear.
Can you edit the template for me?
Unless the individual listing specifically includes personalization or editing services, your purchase is for an editable template that you personalize yourself.

Can I share the Canva template with someone else?
No. Your purchase is intended for your personal use.

Can I resell the template?
No.
You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce for resale, or commercially distribute the original template or any De lo’ mio & Co. artwork or design elements.
Purchasing a template gives you permission to personalize and use it for its intended personal purpose. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights in the original design.
Can I use the design to create products to sell?
No, unless a particular product specifically includes a commercial-use license.
Our standard digital templates are intended for personal use only and may not be used to create merchandise, digital products, templates, invitations, or other items for resale.
Does purchasing a template give me ownership of the design?
No.
All applicable original artwork, layouts, graphics, and designs remain the intellectual property of De lo’ mio & Co. or their respective rights holders where applicable.
Your purchase provides a limited right to use the digital product for its intended personal purpose.
