2. Products & Product Information
We make every effort to display our products, designs, descriptions, colors, dimensions, and other information as accurately as possible.
However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, monitor settings, printing process, or product material.
Many of our physical products are made to order. Small variations may occur during the printing and manufacturing process and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Product availability, designs, colors, sizes, specifications, and pricing may change without notice.
3. Made-to-Order Products
Many physical products sold by De lo’ mio & Co. are produced specifically after an order is placed.
We work with third-party production and fulfillment partners to manufacture and ship many of our physical products.
Because these items are made to order, different cancellation, return, and exchange conditions apply compared with traditional retail products.

4. Orders
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, product availability, or other order-processing problems.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your:

You are responsible for reviewing your order information before completing your purchase.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Physical orders are generally reviewed and submitted for production within 24 hours after purchase.
If you need to request a cancellation or change, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of placing your order.
We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet entered production.
Once production has begun, we cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled.

6. Prices & Payment
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
The price displayed at checkout, together with applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other disclosed fees, will be the amount charged for your order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.
Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be successfully processed or verified.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Physical products require production before shipment.
Production and delivery times displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, production delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Products within the same order may occasionally be produced at different facilities and therefore arrive in separate packages.

8. Returns, Refunds & Product Issues
Because many physical products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect color selected by the customer
- Incorrect product variation selected by the customer
- Personal preference
Products that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect may qualify for a replacement or refund when reported within the timeframe and requirements described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Digital Products
De lo’ mio & Co. also sells digital downloads and editable templates.
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped when a listing is identified as a digital product.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and compatibility requirements before purchasing.
Because access to digital content is provided after purchase, digital purchases are generally final sale and non-refundable once access has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Canva Templates
Certain digital products may be provided as editable Canva templates.
Unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing, purchasing a template gives you a limited license for personal use.
You may customize the template for your own permitted personal use.
Purchasing a template does not transfer ownership of the original design, artwork, template, or intellectual property.
You may not:
- Resell the original template
- Redistribute the template
- Share the template link with others
- Claim the original design as your own
- Sell or redistribute the template as a digital product
- Reproduce our designs for commercial resale unless expressly authorized
Canva is a third-party service, and its availability and operation are outside our control. Use of Canva may also be subject to Canva's own terms and policies.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the original designs, artwork, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, branding, logos, website content, and other creative materials associated with De lo’ mio & Co. are owned by or licensed for use by De lo’ mio & Co.
Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, modify for commercial resale, or commercially exploit our protected content without permission.
12. Third-Party Services
Our store may rely on third-party services for functions including website hosting, payment processing, production, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and digital-template editing.
Your interaction with certain third-party services may also be subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies.
De lo’ mio & Co. is responsible for its relationship with you as the seller, but we cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability or performance of independent third-party services.
Shopify likewise makes clear that the merchant—not Shopify—is the seller responsible for the customer transaction, fulfillment, returns, refunds, and customer service.
